The SetaVap4 Vapour Pressure Analyer with Digital Density combines density and vapour pressure testing in a single unit. The fully automated vapour pressure analyser provides fast, reliable and precise analysis of a wide range of volatile liquids, including gasoline, solvents and light crude oil. The immediate and simultaneous measurement of vapour pressure and density allows for a reduction in lost light ends for volatile liquid measurements for greater density measurement accuracy.

The measurement system uses a piston based design in compliance with triple and single expansion test methods and regulations, reporting DVPE, RVP, EPA and CARB calculations. For precise results, the minimum dead volume design reduces sample carryover and a fully automated test sequence removes possible operator bias.

The fully ASTM D4052 compliant Seta Digital Density accessory can be integrated within the instrument. The density sensor uses a temperature and humidity controlled oscillating U-tube, allowing for consistent performance across all laboratory testing conditions. The combination of our DensAI technology and built-in HD camera allows for seamless automatic bubble detection.

The SetaVap4 with Digital Density features a simple interface with large colour touchscreen display. An integrated HD camera allows for seamless automatic bubble detection more accurate than the human eye.

Calibration of the SetaVap4 with Digital Density can be performed in the field, eliminating the costs and time associated with sending the instrument to a service centre.
Service and maintenance:
The rugged design ensures minimal operational maintenance is needed.
