Crude Oil
chevron_rightCrude Oil Manual Piston Cylinder - 80615-0
Methods
ASTM D6377
ASTM D8009
The Manual Piston Cylinder (MPC) enables crude oil samples to be taken from a storage tank, rail car or pipeline.
The crude oil remains a liquid and can be attached to the SetaVap4 vapour pressure tester for sampling without loss of volatile light ends for a safe and accurate test.
Measuring the vapour pressure of crude oil helps to prevent costly damage to pipelines or vessels during transport and storage. Learn more about measuring the vapour pressure of crude oil >
